Tuta ltd Returns Policy


We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Tuta ltd, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following, on any full price goods that are returned to us within 7 days. 

(from the day the goods were delivered to you).


EXCHANGE:   Swap for another size/colour – email us - tom.tutaltd@gmail.com

CREDIT:          Credit with no expiry date

REFUND:        A full refund via the original payment method 


  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

The items must be unused and returned in the same condition you received them, along with your proof of purchase. You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us. So that we can do our best to help you with a hassle free exchange/refund. 

Please allow up to 10 days to process the refund. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Items
We check all items before they leave us at TUTA however in the rare case that your item is faulty please contact us by email (tom.tutaltd@gmail.com )as soon as you are aware of any problems. We will then do our very best to sort out any problems you may have.

How can I return an Item?


  1. Re- pack the item in a sealed bag with labels and tags still attached.
  2. Return the package by using the Post Office – Pease do not post through the post box without a certificate of posting.
  3. The return address is as follows:

Once the return has been received and the above conditions are satisfied, we will apply the following, depending on what we agreed:

EXCHANGE: Send your FIRST replacement for free (i.e we won’t charge you shipping for the replacement)

REFUND: We will refund you the price you paid EXCLUDING any shipping costs (if paid), via the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation of refund via email but it may take a few business days for it to show in your account due to payment provider processing times.

CREDIT: We’ll issue you with a credit (via a special code) with NO expiry date
